WHY WELLNESS NOW?

The Institute for Women's Policy Research reports that 1/3 of U.S. states are failing women, in our support of health and well being. Minnesota ranks best #1 and Arkansas ranks worst, #47. The average number of poor mental health days per month, suicide mortality rates, and average number of days per month of limited activities have also gone up for women.

With all the mixed signals about what is in our food (is it organic, is it safe?) coupled with climate control and environmental challenges, layered with the never ending pandemic remnants - the quest for wellness has never been more important than now.

Wellness is a state of being; good physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It’s about taking care of yourself, making healthy choices, and striving for a balanced and fulfilling life. It improves your overall quality of life, increases longevity, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases. That’s what pHreshWellness co-founder, PT, was striving for when the brand was conceived.
